Shucare products are made of the best European and Australian technology, experience and knowledge, inheritance European product value concept, the finest quality ingredients which are formulated to protect and rejuvenate footwear and leather products.

Shucare’s extensive range of product is very much in step with today’s footwear which includes the traditional polishes, renovating polishes, conditioning products, waterproofing products, quick and easy shoe clean sponges, sophisticated re-colouring and dyestuffs, cleaning products for leather, suede, fabric and synthetic.

 

SHUCARE also supply foot comfort products like insole, fitting aids and deodorizer; other ancillary product was continually expanding such as brushes, shoe horns and laces. Our products cater for all kind of materials include smooth leather, synthetic leather, suede, nubuck, canvas and fabric.

 

Most of the Shucare range will be marketed under the Shucare trademark but we also have the flexibility to custom pack our products for retail and manufacturing customers. We have successfully custom pack products for many branded shoe retailer of USA, Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Asia countries.

Ethical Trading Initiative Policy
We are aware that, Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI), is important in our business practices. We support the implementation of ETI Base Code in our business activities.

 

Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption Policy
We committed to conducting business dealings with integrity. This means avoiding practices of bribery and corruption of all forms in the company’s daily operations. The Company has adopted a zero tolerance approach against all forms of bribery and corruption and takes a strong stance against such acts. The Company’s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy (“this Policy”) leverages the core principles set out in the Company’s Code of Ethics. The scenarios provided within this Policy do not limit the boundaries of the Policy which may be extended to cover all circumstances relating to bribery. Compliance to the Policy is mandatory and will be monitored with a principle-based approach.

 

Health & Safety Policy
We committed to providing a safe and healthy work place for all employees and visitors; and compliance to the provisions of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994. This Policy sets out the Company’s position on Health and Safety at workplace. The Company shall ensure visible and supportive management involvement; take corrective action where appropriate to ensure effective implementation of this policy. We require that our suppliers, customers and visitors adhere to this policy at all times.

 

Environmental Policy
We are committed to the protection of the environment including the prevention of pollution. To this end, we will strive to minimise our operational impacts by reducing our carbon footprint from energy consumption and business travel and promoting the sustainable use of natural resources. We will implement programmes to use energy more efficiently while adopting good energy management practices. We will endeavour to eliminate and minimise waste and ensure the management of materials and disposal of waste is done in an environmentally responsible manner.

In conjunction on National Policy on Biological Diversity 1998, the Company is committed to conserve its biological diversity, promote its sustainable use and ensure fair and equitable sharing of the benefits arising out of the utilisation of biological resources. the Company is in progress to designing its product to meet the current biodiversity needs as well as to fulfil its obligation under the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD).

We will practise responsible and green procurement, to the extent possible. We expect our suppliers to comply with local environmental laws and regulations and ensuring protection of the environment.

 

Human Resource Policy
Employees are of great value and the key to our success. The Company strive to provide a workplace where employees can fulfil their potential in an open and inspirational working environment. We must maintain a strong commitment to high standards that deliver a fair, respectable and safe workplace for all employees in the Company. Our policy includes non-discrimination, employment is freely chosen, freedom of association, zero harassment, zero child labour and regular employment is provided.

 

Security Policy
We are aware the importance of protecting the supply chain from criminal activities such as trafficking, terrorism, human smuggling, and illegal contraband. We support the CTPAT program by building a robust Supply Chain Security Program, incorporate representatives from all of the relevant departments from Human Resources, Information Technology, warehouse, logistics and Import/Export offices into a cross-functional team. The security measures should be included in existing company policies and procedures, which creates a more sustainable structure and emphasizes that security is everyone’s responsibility.
